Employment Law
Employment law is an independent branch of law, which represents a compilation of legal norms, that regulate employment relationship between employers and their employees, and other related issues.
The main source of employment law norms, in Russia, is the Employment Code of the Russian Federation adopted on December 30, 2001 ( # 197-FL), which is the successor to the Labor Code of the RSFSR.
Often, conflicts arise because of something that an employee or the employer did or said. Moreover, if third parties join such conflict, then it may result in negative consequences both to the company and its employees.
